Kojima and Sony sitting in a tree, G-A-M-I-N-G.

Hideo Kojima has announced a partnership with Sony Playstation!
THIS IS NOT A DRILL!

In the middle of Sony's E3 stage show waving and smiling. He created his own video game production company after his fallout with Konami and Sony Playstation is the first public partnership that we, the fans, have been privy to! So, naturally, as he walked out he was greeted with applause, oohs, aahs, and the occasional weeping fan!

In a private, secluded room behind Sony's E3 stage Kojima shared his thoughts on his unfortunate past and how things are going for him now:

"Last year I had some difficult circumstances and my family was telling me: you're old, you should retire now and take it easy. Fortunately a lot of fans around the world are waiting for my games so I decided I wanted to keep making games. I established my own company and within two-and-a-half months we were able to make a teaser and deliver something to the people, finally.

"And seeing the reaction of the people - most people seemed to like it - made me feel really good that I made the right choice. My decision was correct."

If you are unfamiliar with the trailer that he is referring to, here it is:

Cool, right?
In sort of a creepy, strange, I-Never-Want-To-See-That-Again-But-Play-It-On-Repeat kind of way.

Yes, you are correct, that is The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus.

Here he is seen in much the same position as our beloved Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) was not too long ago! We have so many wonderful people coming to phenomenal games thanks to this awesome technology! Now all we need is a Supernatural game with our ladyboners Jensen, Jared, and Misha!

So, xbox fans, I am sorry to say that it does not look like Kojima games will be coming to you YET.
Here's to hoping that they come out on PC and Xbox soon, too!

Here's the Sony and Kojima announcement video!
Enjoy, my friends!
